I had a great stay in a quadruple room with two queen beds. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. The Quadruple Room with Two Queen Beds featured comfortable mattresses, made crashing after a long day enjoyable. Shower pressure was excellent, offering a refreshing experience.
A few frustrations stood out. The breakfast offered undercooked bacon and sausages that didn't taste good at all. It's worth noting that they charged a $50 deposit, but the refund process took far too long, and accessing cash from the ATM was limited to just $200 at a time.

The beds felt comfortable, letting me get a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent pressure, a welcome treat after long days. I appreciated the variety at breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs and sausage. It exceeded my expectations compared to my last visit. The service could use some improvement. I noticed the cleanliness was lacking in both rooms I was assigned. I had to move due to ants in my first room, disheartening. You could see inside it, and it just felt unfinished. A manager mentioned I'd get half off one night, but I still haven't seen that reflected in my charges. The staff handled some issues promptly, which I appreciated, but it felt uneven. It was a mix of really nice moments overshadowed by some frustrating ones.

The room was clean and spacious, and we loved the complimentary breakfast that helped kickstart our day. There’s a nice pool area and a cozy lounge to unwind, perfect after a long journey. The only downside was the mini ironing board, which could use a more stable setup, but it didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

Family with children friendly hotel
We needed to pick up an early arriver at Love Field, so we booked this the night before. Good reviews and a solid breakfast, though the timing got me! We arrived at 9:10 and missed it by 10 minutes, but I can't fault them, I should've listened better.
The price was a bit high but not unreasonable.
